Founded by former CIA officers and headquartered outside of New York City, we leverage our expertise in intelligence operations and international affairs to read between the lines to optimize our investment decisions and those of our client partners. We then leverage this information to help our clients identify and execute on new business opportunities, or to protect their interests from nefarious parties.

There is an unmet and often unrecognized need within U.S. organizations. As former CIA officers, we are keenly aware of the power of an information advantage. Well-known organizations around the world routinely make decisions based on incomplete or incorrect information. Investment groups see their investments confiscated by corrupt foreign governments; venture funds unknowingly invested in sham companies backed by nefarious groups. Well-known and respected American companies get caught up in foreign bribery scandals, or swept into massive graft investigations perpetuated by crooked foreign officials. Worse, many U.S. companies are unaware that they are being victimized and exploited by sophisticated threat actors.

We have been on the cutting edge of virtually every major global geopolitical issue for years, and have developed an ability to see the threats and opportunities in lesser known areas of the world and in lesser known industries. We are thoroughly trained and highly experienced in dealing and negotiating with all types of people and groups, from buttoned-up government officials to violent extremists. We have seen the pieces of the puzzle, and how critical foreign policy decisions are made. Our careers were spent living and working in fluid, often dangerous foreign environments, and without these skills, we would not have succeeded.
